STEP 1

Registration & Eligibility

Interested candidates must register through the Kaamyaab website once registrations open (generally during May – June).

Age Criteria

20 – 28 Years

Education

Candidates must be graduates or final-year students in any discipline.

STEP 2

Written Examination

Selected candidates will be invited to appear for the written examination.

Important Note:

• The General Studies & CSAT papers will be objective in nature with multiple-choice questions.
• One-third negative marking will apply.
• It is mandatory to score at least 33% marks in CSAT.
• The Essay paper will assess writing ability, clarity of thought, and analytical skills.
STEP 3

Personality Test

Candidates shortlisted after the written examination will be called for the personality test.

Final Merit

The final merit list will be prepared by combining:

  • Written Examination Marks
  • Personality Test Marks

Selection will be based on the overall combined performance of the candidates.

Paper 2 – CSAT

Paper 3 – Essay Writing

Candidates will be required to write an essay on a given topic selected from areas such as:

  • Economic Matters
  • Political Themes
  • Current Affairs
